Radish Greens & Chévre

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bunch radish greens 

  • 1 bunch green onions

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1-2 tbsp chévre

Method:

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, and melt butter. Add green onions and sauté about 2 minutes.

  • Add radish greens and toss until just wilted, about 4-5 minutes.

  • Remove from heat and crumble chévre on top. Enjoy!
